配方组成：	Kidney Beans: dry/10.600 Chili Powder/0.570 Red Pepper/0.013 Shortening: oil or solid/4.400 Sugar/0.047 Vinegar/0.400 Water/50.500 Onion: chopped/3.600 TVP: Beef-Flavor Minced/6.200 Celery: fresh chopped/4.100 Salt/0.370 Tomato Puree/19.200
配制方法：	1. Soak beans overnight (about 12 hours) in 1 cup water. 2. Saute onion and celery in shortening. 3. Combine sauteed onion and celery, tomato puree, chili powder, red pepper, sugar, "TVP", and remaining 1 cup water. Cook for 30 minutes. 4. Add beans and cook 30 minutes longer. 5. Add vinegar just before filling cans. 6. Process according to national Canners Association recommendations.
