富马酸尼唑苯酮 制备方法及用途
制备方法
本品为新型咪唑类缺血性脑血管疾病改善药,可改善脑功能,抑制脑梗死形成;改善脑缺血后的脑电波及恢复锥体束功能。动物实验还表明,本品可显著地延长缺血或缺氧条件下脑细胞的生存时间,从而改善脑细胞在缺氧后引起的一系列症状。用于治疗缺血所致的脑功能障碍,尤其是蜘蛛网膜下腔出血急性期时,以及其他类型的脑出血所致的急性脑缺血。
