配方组成：	Methyl Paraben/0.20 Water Phase "Crodesta" F-110/3.50 "Germall" 115/0.50 Propylene Glycol/4.00 "Crodacol" C-95/1.00 Propyl Paraben/0.10 "Crodesta" F-10/2.00 Deionized Water/78.00 "Prostearyl" 15/10.00 "Croquat" L/0.50 "Cellosize" QP 30000/0.20
配制方法：	Slowly disperse the "Cellosize" into the water phase. When the "Cellosize" has completely hydrated, add the propylene glycol. Heat the oils to 75 C. Add water to oils with high speed stirring. Stir until cool and fill off.
