配方组成：	Ceraphyl 85/0.50 Alcohol SD-40/30.00 Cetyl Alcohol/0.50 Deionized Water/18.25 Ceraphyl 65/0.75 Celquat L-200 (2% aq. soln.)/50.00 Preservative/q.s.
配制方法：	In a suitable vessel weigh ingredients in order written and heat to 70 C with agitation. Keeping vessel tightly covered, mix until uniform, then start cooling. Continue cooling with agitation to 25-28 C and package.
