配方组成：	Incroquat DBM90/0.50 Alcohol Phase Alcohol SDA-40/15.00 Cosmowax J/0.30 Deionized Water/80.70 Polawax/0.20 Incromate SDL/3.00 Methyl Paraben/0.30
配制方法：	Heat oil and water phase separately to 75 C then add water to oil under good agitation. Cool with mixing to 45 C then add alcohol. Cool with mixing to room temperature. Note: Hair Dew is a no-rinse conditioner that is lightly sprayed onto wet or dry hair for instant conditioning without leaving the hair weighed down. Physical Properties: pH---3.9
