配方组成：	Insulin/8 units Ascorbic Acid/25.0 mg. Penicillin/4000 units Water for Injection/To make 1000 cc. Potassium Chloride/0.5 g. Amino Acids/50.0 g. Aneurine Hydrochloride/2.0 mg. Riboflavin/2.0 mg. Alcohol/25.0 cc. Menaphthone Bisulfite/1.0 mg. Dextrose/81.0 g.
配制方法：	The solution is sterilized by autoclaving and the insulin and penicillin are added aseptically immediately before administration; 4 liters of the solution are given daily. It has a total calorific value of 2100 calories and provides physiologically balanced proportions of nutritional elements to be given parenterally to the patient who is unable to eat.
