配方说明：	Washable Pharmaceutical Ointment Bases (Oil-in-Water)
配方组成：	"Carbopol" 934/2.2 Polyethyleneglycol 600 Monostearate/7.0 Water/52.0 Isopropyl Myristate/1.0 Ethyl Alcohol/37.8
配制方法：	Dissolve the "Carbopol" in the water at room temperature. Add the remaining ingredients, except the diisopropanolamine, warm to 45C. and mix well. Add diisopropanolamine with agitation until a pH of 6 is reached. Allow the mixture to cool to 35C., with gentle stirring.
