配方组成：	Asphalt (Solid)/20 Filler (Slate, Slate Flour, or Whiting)/50 R-16-A "Neville" Resin, 70% Solution in "Hi-Flash" Solvent/30
配制方法：	Add Mineral Spirits to attain desired viscosity or consistency. A uniform mixture is made of the R-16-A "Neville Resin" Solution and asphalt. The filler is then added along with the mineral spirits. Water may be added to adjust the troweling properties and to lower the cost.
