配方组成：	Methanol/4.0 "Geon" 443 Vinyl/8.4 "Carbopol" 934 Resin/1.5 Methyl Ethyl Ketone/50.3 Di-2 Ethyl Hexyl Amine/2.6 "Geon" 427 Vinyl/8.4 Water/2.5 Titanium Dioxide/22.3
配制方法：	Dissolve the resins in MEK. Add the titanium dioxide and amine and ball mill to the desired pigment grind. Disperse the "Carbopol" resin in the above blend while agitating. Blend the water and the methanol and then add the mixture to the system at which time the cement will thicken.
