配制方法：	Dissolve the melted paraffin in the methylene chloride or methylene chloride-toluene solvent. Add the EHEC-75 and stir until wetted. Add the methanol slowly with agitation until the EHEC is dissolved. Add the Nopco Soap C, di-triisopropanolamine, triethylammonium phasphate, and water in that order.
