配方组成：	When applying paint to a rusty surface, poor or no adhesion will result, and rusting will continue under the paint film. to avoid this condition some primers contain rust inhibiting pigments, e.g., Zinc chromate. Where primers are not usable, the following additives, used at 1-2% concentration, will greatly improve adhesion of the first coat applied to the bare metal N-Octadecylamine "Duomeen" T.
