配制方法：	Heat Phase B to 75C under agitation insuring that the entire phase is solubilized. Melt and mix Phase A until homogeneous and a temperature of 75C is maintained. Slowly add Phase A to Phase B under vigorous stirring. Allow to cool to 50C and add Phase C. Cool to 35C and package.
