配方组成：	A: Pigment Grin C: CMC-7LF/0.10 Preservative/as needed Distilled Water/9.90 Titanium Dioxide/1.25 D: Veegum/0.75 Distilled Water/14.25 B: Oleic Acid/6.00 E: Propylene Glycol/5.00 Triethanolamine/3..00 Darvan No.1/0.25 Distilled Water/29.05 Propylene Glycol Monostearate/1.70 Mineral Oil/2.50 Color/1.25 Mineral Oil/25.00
配制方法：	Step 1: Grind Part A in a roller mill until smooth. Step 2: Melt Part B and add Step 1. Heat to 75 C. Step 3: With Part C disperse cellulose gum in water. Step 4: With Part D disperse Veegum in water. STep 5: Add mixed ingredients from Part E to Step 3 mixture. Add Step 4 mixture and heat to 70 C. Step 6: Add Step 2 mixture to Step 5 mixture. Mix with high-speed agitation. Cool with stirring in a cold-water bath.
