配方组成：	Cetyl Alcohol/5.0 Velsan P8-16/10.0 Stearic Acid (triple pressed)/3.5 Water Phase Water/60.6 Mineral OIl (70-80 visc.)/20.0 Triethanolamine (99%)/0.9
配制方法：	Heat both water and oil phase to 80-83 C. Add water phase to oil phase slowly with agitation from a paddle stirrer. Cool slowly (naturally) to room temperature. Package into containers.
