配制方法：	Certain formulating ideas have gradually evolved from the experimental work to date. An excess of curing polyol in the final mixture appears to aid calk adhesion and lowers the calk raw material cost. A 20% excess is suggested as a starting value although a 75% excess still gives acceptable calks without detracting too much from physical properties. In general, "Polycin" curing polyols impart better adhesion, tensile strength and elongation than DB castor oil. However, the presence of some DB castor oil is of value in giving a significant amount of resilience. Plasticizers tend to reduce calk adhesion to substrates. Satisfactory bonding to glass and aluminum generally means that acceptable bonding to alternate substrates (wood, steel, etc.) will also be achieved.
