配方组成：	Red iron oxide/100 6% "Zirco" (0.1%)/3.8 Triethylamine/12 vinyl-acrylic latex resin/255 Water/360 Talc/200 "DV-2133"/112 Molybdate orange/100 Bubble breaker/6 Dibasic lead phosphite/18 6% cobalt octoate (0.15%)/5.7
配制方法：	Use normal manufacturing procedures, grind all pigments, bubble breaker, dibasic lead phosphite and driers in DV-2133 plus amine. DV-2133 amine and enough water should be premixed to obtain pH-9.3.
