配方说明：	Permanent Waving Fixing Cream
配方组成：	Mixture of glyceryl monostearate and phosphate of 40% aqueous solutionn of the formate of triethanolamine monostearyl diethylaminoethyl-stearyl amide/41 g ester/10 g Technical mixture of stearyl and cetyl alcohols/50 g Wool Wax Alcohols/20 g
配制方法：	These are melted together at 70C and emulsified with water starting around 70C and continuing agitation as the temperature falls. 10 ml of lactic acid (80%) is added with the water and sufficient water is used to make 500 g of cream. For use as a fixative, 25 g of this cream are mixed with 25 ml of 6% hydrogen peroxide and 25 ml of water.
