配方组成：	"Sequestrene" NA2/0.10 Cetyl Alcohol, NF/0.63 e: "Neocol" F-45/2.85 f: 35% Hydrogen Peroxide soln./17.15 c: Water/30.00 Stearic Acid, TP/0.20 Phenacetin/0.05 a: "Neocol" 5192/5.00 d: Water/40.32 b: Water, Distilled/3.70
配制方法：	Heat a to 90-95C; heat b to 90-95C. While mixing a, slowly add b. While stirring, slowly add c, which has been heated to 85. (The phenacetin is previously dissolved in the water at 90-95C with stirring.) Dissolve d at room temperature and add this cold to the warm emulsion. continue stirring while rapidly cooling. Around 35-40C add e. At 25C slowly add f. After addition of the hydrogen peroxide, continue stirring for about 5 minutes.
