配制方法：	Add the "Veegum" to the water slowly, agitating continually until smooth. Disperse the CMC in water. Mix a, b and c and heat to 65-70C. Mill d, add to e and heat to 70C. Add f to a, b, c mixture, then immediately emulsify by adding d, e with constant mixing until cool. Add g. Directions: Squeeze a small amount from tube on to a lipstick brush. Apply to the lips evenly without blotting. This can be used as an undercoat for a regular lipstick or by itself.
