配方组成：	NEO-Fat 16 Palmitic Acid/3 Lanolin anhydrous USP./5 "Skliralan" Gel Base (Croda)/6 Min. Oil/86
配制方法：	crush Skliralan in part of the oil in a 3 roll mill. Mix with the rest of formula. Heat to 95C for 15 min, while mixing gently. The final consistency of the product takes about 2 days to develop.
