配方组成：	"PVP" K-30/2.0 "Sole-onic" HAP/1.5 Water/34.3 "Solulan" C-24/1.0 Phase B "Carbopol" 940/1.0 Water/59.2 Perfume and Preservative/q.s. Triethanolamine/1.0
配制方法：	To prepare Phase A, dissolve the "PVP" in the water, then add the remaining ingredients and warm slightly to hasten solution. To prepare Phase B, disperse the "Carbopol" 934 in the water using sufficient agitation to prevent lump formation. Slowly add Phase A to Phase B and continue mixing until clear and uniform.
