配方组成：	A: "Carbopol" 940/0.33 to prepare Phase B, disperse the "Carbopol" in the water using sufficient agitation to prevent lump formation. to prepare Phase A, dissolve the "PVP" in the water, then add the remaining ingredients and warm slightly to hasten solution. Add Phase A to Phase B slowly and continue mixing until clear and uniform. 配制方法：	Disperse "Carbopol" 940 in the water/alcohol/"Sorbo" solution with high speed propeller agitation. Allow the air bubbles to dispel. Warm the "BRIJ" 99 to about 35C and add the perfume with gentle agitation. Add the remaining water/alcohol solution, PVP and triethanolamine, stirring to insure solution. Add part B to part A with very slow anchor type agitation.
