配方组成：	Stearic acid/12.5 Lanolin/0.4 Cetyl alcohol/2.0 Perfume/0.3 "IGEPON" AC-78/12.0 Preservative/q.s. Isopropyl myristate/5.0 Watr to make 100 parts
配制方法：	The stearic acid and other ingredients of the oil phase are heated to 60-80C, then combined with the water and "IGEPON" AC-78 surfactant, heated to the same temperature, with agitation until the emulsion reaches room temperature. The pH should be adjusted to 7.0 with sodium hydroxide.
