配方组成：	"TEGOSTEARIC" 255/30.0 Phenol/0.1 Water/63.10 Eucalyptus oil/0.1 Clove oil/0.05 Menthol/0.05 Camphor/0.05 Mineral oil/2.0 Glycerin/1.7 "TEGIN" P/1.0 Triethanolamine/1.6 "TEGOSEPT" P/0.1 "TEGOSEPT" M/0.15
配制方法：	Heat oil and water phases to 80C. While stirring add the oil phase to the water phase. Stir until homogeneous. Cool with agitation to about 30C. Add third phase. Stir until mixture reaches room temperature.
