Replace the lost water. Cool to room temperature and add the glycerin. Combine the alcohol, fragrance, "Tween," "Polypeptide" and add. FORMULA No.3 (Protein-Peelable 2. 配制方法：	pH-7.2 Heat water and propylene glycol to 70-75C. Add Vinol with stirring. Stir to dissolution. Add "Carbopol" 941 stirring at 70-75C until it dissolves. In a separate vessel combine B. (No heat required). Cool to 40C. Add B slowly while stirring. Add WSP at 40C. Coo to 25C and pack.
