配方组成：	Certified Colors q.s./1.0 "Volpo" 20/3.0 Perfume/q.s. Triethanolamine/0.5 "Carbopol" 941 Resin/0.5 "Liquid Base"/4.0 Water/59.5 "Novol"/2.0 Ethanol SD 40 (95%)/29.0 "Polawax"/1.0
配制方法：	Heat the oil and water phases separately to 70-80C and add the oils to water phase with stirring. Cool to 50C and add perfume. When completely dispersed, add the triethanolamine which will thicken the emulsion to cream consistency. Fill into tubes at room temperature.
