Deionized Water/q.s. 100.00
配制方法：	Weigh and add 1-7 into a container. Begin heating and stirring. Heat the blend to 70-73C. Weigh and add 8 into a container and begin stirring. Use a variable speed agitator capable of imparting high shear stress is recommended. A propeller type stirrer is suggested. Add 9 and stir until the material is completely dispersed and hydrated (no lumps of undissolved "Carbopol" should be seen or felt). Add 14 and stir until the "Oat-Pro" is completely dispersed and hydrated. Begin heating and add the ingredients remaining with the exception of 12 and 15. Heat to 70-73C. When both blends are at 70-73C add the 1-7 blend to the "Carbopol" 940-containing dispersion. Add 12 and modify agitation as necessary due to the apparent viscosity of the formula. Cool to 43-45C and add 15. Cool to 25-30C and package.
