配方组成：	Isopropyl Palmitate/5.0 1. Disperse the "Carbopol" in a portion of the water, using high-speed mixing. 2. Disperse the "Natrosol" separately in a portion of the water, using high-speed mixing. Heat to 80C and hold until uniform and free from lumps. 3. Combine thickener suspensions from Steps 1 and 2 and heat to 75C. 4. Add the water phase at 75C to the oil phase at 75C. Continue mixing for 5 min. 5. Add the triethanolamine. Continue mixing while cooling to 38C. <
