配制方法：	Weigh and add 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, and 11 into a container and begin heating and stirring. At the same time weigh and add 14 into a container and begin heating and stirring. Add 9 and stir until the material is completely dispersed, and the resultant dispersion is clear. Add the "Oat-Pro" and continue stirring until complete dispersion occurs and no lumps can be felt or seen. Add 9 and 10 and bring the temperature to 70-73C. Add the mineral oil-containing blend to the "Oat-Pro"-water containing blend, when both are at 70-73C. When all the mineral oil-containing blend has been added, begin cooling the batch. Cool to 40-43C and add the remaining ingredients. Continue cooling to 30-35C and package.
