配制方法：	Sprinkle "Carbopol" in rapidly agitating water. Heat to 70C and add triethanolamine. In a separate vessel, combine all ingredients of Part B and heat to 70C. Add Part B to Part A and vacuum mix until 25C. Add "Dowicil" soln. (Part C) and fragrance (Part D).
