配方组成：	Deionized Water/q.s.to 100.00 Sodium Stearate/8.50 Ethyl Alcohol (SDA No.40)/42.00 Perfume/q.s. Propylene Glycol/30.00 "Chloracel" (40%-w/w soln.)/2.50 "Oat-Pro"/2.00
配制方法：	Weigh ethyl alcohol and begin stirring using a variable speed agitator capable of high shearing stress. Heat to 70-73C and add sodium stearate. Weigh propylene glycol and begin stirring in another container. Add the "Oat-Pro" and stir with an agitator using high shearing stress until completely dispersed. Combine the "Oat-Pro" blend with the first batch while maintaining the temperature 70-73C and add the remaining ingredients with the exception of the perfume. Continue stirring, letting the batch cool to 60-63C. Add the perfume at 60C and package.
