配制方法：	Dissolve the "Tergitol" Nonionic Surfactant 15-S-12 and "Hyamine" 1622 in the water. Add the "Polymer JR" while stirring, and continue mixing until the resin is dissolved (approximately 40 min to 1 h). The rate of hydration of the resin can be increased by heating (= 60C).
