配方说明：	Hair-Creme Rinse (Clear Oil-Free)
配方组成：	Quaternium-1 and Quaternium 14/0.1 Hydroxyethyl Cellulose/0.5 C: Perfume/ad desired Octoxynol-9/2.0 B: "Merquat" 550/10.0 A: Deionized Water/87.4
配制方法：	Heat water to 75 C. Add hydroxyethyl cellulose with rapid agitation. Mix until fully dissolved and hydrated. Cool to 40 C. Add "merquat" 550 and Quaternium with stirring. Dissolve perfume in Octoxynol-9 and add. Continue mixing to 25 C. pH---4.8 Visc.---200 cps @ 25 C
