配方组成：	"Merquat" S/3.00 Cetyl Alcohol/2.00 Stearic Acid/2.00 "Carbopol" 941/0.12 "Amerchol" L-500/1.00 "Cerasynt" SD/1.00 Deionized Water/3.00 "Solulan" C-24/1.30 Ceresin Wax (white)/0.20 C: Fragrance IFF 3158 AG/0.30 Preservative/as desired B: Isopropyl Palmitate/10.00 TEA/2.00 A: Deionized Water/67.58 "Solulan" PB-20/7.50
配制方法：	Heat the primary water to 85 C and thoroughly disperse the "Carbopol." Add the triethanolamine. Maintain 85 C, premix "merquat" S and secondary water, add to the "Carbopol" solution with stirring. In a separate vessel heat Part b to 78 C, slowly add to Part A while stirring. Begin cooling when uniform. At 40 C, add Part C. Continue mixing and cooling. Pour at 30 C.
