配制方法：	The solvent-emulsifier is sprayed onto the oil slick to be removed, allowed to react for a few minutes, then hosed off if removal from metal, wood or concrete is desired. If dispersion in water is necessary, such as oil spills in harbor or dock areas, agitation with a motor boat is recommended.
