配制方法：	Add the fatty acids and about half the water to the soap crutcher heating until the fatty acids are melted (about 160F). Add the rest of the water to the sodium hydroxide solution. Add the sodium hydroxide solution to the crutcher while the crutcher screw is turning. Test the finished soap for alkalinity or acidity by titrating in a neutral alcohol solution with 0.5N sodium hydroxide of 0.5N hydrochloric acid. The soap should finish between 0.1% free caustic and 1.0% free fatty acids (as oleic). Adjust with sodium hydroxide or fatty acids if necessary. Add the preservative. The finished soap is dried in a conventional dryer to a moisture content of 12-13%. Add perfume and 2-6% amine oxide (100% basis) to the soap chips and mill in a soap mill. This is followed by plodding and pressing.
