配方组成：	"Ritachol"/2.50 Neutralizer Allantoin/0.20 Propyl Paraben/0.10 "Carbopol" 941/0.10 Triethanolamine (99%)/- "Desamina"/0.2 Methyl Paraben/0.10 Glycerin/5.00 "Ritachol" 1000/12.50 Deionized Water/q.s. to 100 Mineral Oil (65/75 Saybolt)/18.00 "Ritalan" C/2.50
配制方法：	Disperse the "Carbopol" resin in watr and glycerin blend with vigorous mixing until uniform. Add allantoin and methyl paraben. Combine oil phase ingredients with mixing until uniform. Heat both watr phase and oil phase to 75 C. Add oil phase to water phase with vigorous agitation and add neutralizer. Cool with mixing to 40 C and add perfume. Cool to 25 C and package.
