配方组成：	Sodium hydroxide/1.0 Dissolve phosphate esters in kerosene and heat to 50-54C. Dissolve triethanolamine in water and heat to 50-55C. Add part B to A with agitation. Continue agitation below 30C. Formula No. Detergent (nonionic ether)/5.0 Triethanolamine/1.3 A: Free acids of organic phosphate ester/8.5 Solvent/50.0 B: Water/40.1 Triethanolamine/1.4 Solvent/40.5 Propylene glycol/5.0 A: Oleic Acid/12.5 Carboxy vinyl polymer ("Carbopol" 934)/
配制方法：	Dissolve "Carbopol" in water, add sodium hydroxide and triethanolamine, which forms a gel; then add detergent and solvent with good agitation.
