配制方法：	The best rust inhibition properties are obtained by maintaining the ratio of TEA to Gafac surfactant at 2:1; a double concentration formulation may also be prepared. It is important that the sodium nitrite be added last after the "GAFAC: phosphate ester acid has been fully neutralized. the triethanolamine salt can be prepared easily by adding the triethanolamine to a dispersion of "GAFAC" surfactant in warm water (100-120F).
