配制方法：	Add water phase (minus the BioCare^T^M Polymer HA-24 and Germaben IIE) at 85 C to the oil phase at 85 C with mixing. Add the Germaben IIE at 75 C. Continue to mix to 40 C. Add the BioCare^T^M Polymer HA-24 with mixing while cooling to 30 C.
