配方组成：	Oleakonium Chloride/1.0 DMDM Hydantoin/0.1 Hydroxyethyl Cellulose/1.0 Gafquat HS-100/10.0 Distilled Water/87.9
配制方法：	Heat distilled water to 55 C. Sift in hydroxyethyl cellulose with agitation. Cool and reduce agitation speed, and add remaining ingredients. Mix well after the addition of each ingredient. Physical Properties: pH---approx. 5.9 Visc. (25 C)---6500 cps
