配方组成：	Drakeol 7/21.5 BHA/0.1 PEG 400 Dilaurate/3.0 Color and Fragrance/q.s. Lanolin/4.0 Isopropyl Myristate/3.0 Penreco Regent/63.5 Quaternium-15/1.5 Paraffin Wax (m.p. 140-145 F)/3.0 Isostearyl Hydrolyzed Animal Protein/0.4
配制方法：	Combine the Penreco and liquid fractions, except for the Quaternium-15, then heat to 80 C with moderate stirring. When the temperature is reached, continue mixing and add the remaining ingredients. Stir until a homogeneous blend is obtained. Cool to 60 C and package.
