配方组成：	Arlacel 165/12.00 Hydrocortisone acetate/0.50 Preservative/q.s. Citric acid/0.01 A: VEEGUM K/1.50 B: Finsolv TN/10.00 Polysynlane/5.00 Tween 80/0.50 Water/66.49 Syncrowax AW1-C/4.00
配制方法：	Add the VEEGUM K to the water slowly, agitating at maximum available shear until smooth. Add the remaining A ingredients in order, mixing after each until uniform. Heat A to 75-80C. Heat B to 75-80C. Add B to A and mix until smooth. Mix while cooling and pour off at about 45C.
