配方组成：	C: Hydrogen Peroxide (35% dilution grade)/17.14 Tween 40/3.00 A: Cetyl Alcohol/6.00-15.00 D: Phosphoric Acid (10% C.P.)/as required B: Deionized Water/62.86-71.86 Arlacel 40/2.00
配制方法：	heat Part a to 70 C. Heat Part b to 72 C. Add Part B to A slowly with thorough mechanical agitation. Allow the emulsion to cool to 45 c, agitating slowly during cooling. compensate for any water lost during preparation. Add Part C. Adjust pH to 3.5-4.0 by adding Part D.
