配方组成：	Crodesta F-110/3.5 Crodacol C-95/1.5 Active Phase Hydrocortisone Acetate/0.5 Crodesta F-10/2.0 Distilled Water/77.0 Super Refined Almond Oil/10.0 Propylene Glycol (USP)/4.0 Germaben II/1.5
配制方法：	Combine oil phase and heat to 78 C with agitation. Combine water phase and heat to 80 C. Slowly add water phase to oil phase under controlled agitation. Allow to cool. When batch temperature reaches 40 C add active phase. Cool to room temperature and fill.
