配方组成：	Glyceryl monostearate, s.e./1.00 Water Phase Propylene glycol/4.50 Triethanolamine/1.00 Perfume and preservative/q.s. "Acetulan"/1.00 Isopropyl myristate/5.00 Stearic acid, xxx/2.00 Silicone fluid 200, 350 cstks./0.50 "Amerchol L-101"/2.50 8-Hydroxyquinoline sulfate, 1% aq./5.00 "Carbopol 941"/0.20 Deionized water/76.75 Menthol, USP crystals/0.10
配制方法：	Dissolve the urea and the 8-hydroxyquinoline sulfate in the water. Disperse the "Carbopol 941" in the solution using high speed agitation. Reduce agitation and add the menthol dissolved in the propylene glycol. Continue mixing while heating to 85C. Add the triethanolamine. Add the oil phase at 85C. while stirring. Continue stirring while cooling to 30C.
