配方说明：	Cationic Emulsion
配方组成：	Solvent, Oil or Wax/98 "Armac" HT/2
配制方法：	Mix the ingredients thoroughly by heating and stirring; then pour into hot water, with continuous and vigorous agitation. Good stability will be obtained by running the crude emulsion through a colloid mill. This emulsion is definitely cationic and the oil phase will "plate out" readily on fabric or glass.
