配方组成：	Stearic Acid/1 lb b: Water/8 lb a: "Aroclor"/16 lb Triethanolamine/4 oz
配制方法：	Heat the "Aroclor" to a workable viscosity (180F-plus) and stir in the stearic acid thoroughly. Heat the water to almost boiling (207F) and stir in the triethanolamine thoroughly.
