配方说明：	"Neville" Resin Emulsion
配方组成：	Solvent/18 Water/40 Oleic Acid/4 Hard "Neville" Resin/42 Triethanolamine/2
配制方法：	Initially, the resin is dissolved in the solvent. The oleic acid and triethanolamine are then added to the resin solution and mixed until uniform using an Eppenbach Homomixer, Cowles Dissolver, or some other high speed mixer. The water is then added in small portions under high speed mixing. Initially, a water-in-oil emulsion is formed with a noticeable increase in viscosity. However, with the continued addition of water, the emulsion will reach a maximum in viscosity and invert to an oil-in-water type with some decrease in viscosity. After inversion, the remainder of the water can be added more rapidly. This emulsion is water dispersible and can be further reduced with water to any desired solids concentration.
