配方说明：	Asphalt Emulsifier and Wetting Agent
配方组成：	Diethylenetriamine/103 "Acintol" FA1/294
配制方法：	Heat to 200-225C, with catalysts, in order to farm the condensate. An addition of 0.25% of the condensate is sufficient to make the asphalt suitable for blending with a wet aggregate. It can be used in either a cut back asphalt formulation or with molten asphalt.
